During business hours or whenever representing Southland Pavement Cleaning, you are expected to present a clean, neat, and tasteful appearance. You are required to always dress and groom yourself according to our Company policy.
Be reliable and punctual by reporting for work on time and as scheduled. When you are absent or late, it places a burden on other associates and can impact productivity and service. In the rare instances when you cannot avoid being late or are unable to work as scheduled, notify your supervisor or Manager-on-duty two (2) hours in advance of your scheduled start time so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Perform daily office functions. Complete bookwork and perform opening and closing functions according to Company standards.
Maintain proper records in an organized manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of office systems, including Quickbooks, Samsara, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understand and perform back-up and/or off-line procedures as required.
Assist with training, development, and orientation of new office staff.
Answer telephones by saying “Southland Pavement Cleaning, this is [name], may I help you?” and provide requested information in a polite and professional manner. Respond back to people on “hold” in a timely manner.
Adapt to various situations and adjust to shifting priorities. Be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks without showing signs of stress or irritability.

The Driver will operate a Street Washer Truck, providing prompt service to customers on scheduled routes, including new housing developments, local cities & road construction, etc. The wash truck will remove debris, including mud and construction materials.
As a CDL Driver You Will:
Perform required inspection of the Street Wash Truck, Pre-trip and Post-trip.
Review scheduled routes assigned, be proactive in asking questions if route is unclear.
Perform the safe operation of a wash truck.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted while maintaining quality of work.
Exercise extra caution during inclement weather.
Report any equipment failures, near misses or accidents to the Dispatch Lead associate.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Southland Pavement Cleaning is seeking experienced CDL B sweeper drivers. The Driver will operate a Broom Sweeper Truck, providing prompt service to customers on scheduled routes, including new housing developments, local cities & road construction, etc. The sweeper truck will remove debris, including broken pavement, asphalt and concrete millings, mud and construction materials.
As a CDL Driver You Will:
Perform required inspection of Broom Sweeper, Pre-trip and Post-trip.
Review scheduled routes assigned, be proactive in asking questions if route is unclear.
Perform the safe operation of a sweeper truck.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted while maintaining quality of work.
Exercise extra caution during inclement weather.
Report any equipment failures, near misses or accidents to the Dispatch Lead associate.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications for CDL Driver:
CDL Class B
Clean Driving record
DOT Medical Card
Must be able to pass drug screen and DOT physical
At least 3 years of previous verifiable employment
