In 2004 the Plott brothers enlisted the support of James Palmer as General Manager of Southland.

2022

Southland Pavements moves into their new Charlotte headquarters.

2018

Southland Pavement Cleaning expands its operations to the Greenville, South Carolina market with the opening of their second facility.

1999

Southland Pavement Cleaning started in Concord, North Carolina by three brothers, Jeff, Terry, and Mark Plott primarly focusing on residential pool fills and bulk water solutions.
